In this paper, we have implemented the web-based as well as android based vaccines system so that the parents get facilities to monitor vaccination activity by mobile application/online. In fact, many parents don't register their childbirth just because the process of registering is tiresome.

So every parent's wants secured and flexible child vaccines system than the existing manual system. Today peoples are going to be digitalized on their. The existing systems are the paper-based system. In Bangladesh, patients use manual Vaccination system still now which is not secure. In many developed countries, the process of Vaccination system is not technology based. It stimulates the immune system against a pathogen. Vaccination is the way of prevention from various infectious diseases. Effective capacity versus geometric parameter relationship have been developed in order to find out the causes of their over saturation (V/C >0.85) and the results indicate that number of entry lanes, number of circulatory lanes, high traffic volumes are the major causes of over saturation. The LOS is found " F " for the roundabout in Khulna Metropolitan City. recommended by analysis procedure of some model countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and USA, whose roundabouts are designed to operate at no more than 85 percent of their estimated capacity.

The results of capacity analysis by using SIDRA software indicate that the roundabout has their degree of saturation greater than 0.85. Increasing traffic volumes is the quickly developing major problem facing our modern society. The main emphasis of this study is to evaluate the capacity and Level of Service (LOS) of the roundabouts in Khulna Metropolitan City, Bangladesh. As a result, users can search/upload the local restaurants' food without inputting the current location. This requires the phone to receive the GPS signal. Based on the phone's capability, the system also needs to figure out the physical phone location. There is also the option of having the users input a zip code to better identify where to find the food. With the rating option, my project calculates a cumulative rating result based around the original and other user's input.

When a user wants to input a food item, one can either upload the item's picture or a template picture to the server and input the rating and comments about the specific food item. An advantage of using my food application is the system not only includes Google Map, but any information other users have inputted. Without knowing any restaurants' names, our food application's search only requires the name of the dish (e.g., hamburger, spaghetti, etc) in order to get the list of restaurants that serve these items and their corresponding information (e.g., location, hours, phone number, item's price, etc.). People sometimes may just know what food they wish to eat instead of the restaurants' name. This project is about implementing a food menu application for users to search and upload food information by using a mobile phone.
